Return and exchange policy
The customer has the right to return or exchange any product according to the following conditions:
- The request for exchange or return must be made within 7 days only from the date of receipt of the request. Exchange and return are not accepted after this period.
- The customer bears the cost of shipping the product to be returned to the store’s warehouse in Jeddah, amounting to 50 riyals
- The customer contacts us via WhatsApp (0537700989) to request a return and exchange.
- The product to be returned must be in its original condition and in its carton and has not been used. Its safety is first verified after receiving it, and then its value is transferred to the customer’s account.
- The period for receiving the return from the customer after informing us is 3-7 working days
- The period for transferring the amount to the customer is 7 days from receipt of the return.
- If the customer pays via Tabby, 2% + 1 riyal will be deducted from the value of the returned amount.
- If the order is canceled before shipment, the amount will be returned to the customer’s card within 3 to 7 days, depending on the customer’s bank.
Note (The customer must confirm the sizes and measurements before purchasing to avoid returns and incur shipping costs)
